Roger Barrington House
Martin Conway owned large tracts of land east of the Boston & Lowell Railroad in North Billerica. He began subdividing this land in the mid-1880s, and placed a right-of-way to reach these subdivisions which would become Billerica Ave. Roger Barrington (1862-1941) and his brother James Barrington came from England and bought two adjacent empty lots on the east side of Billerica Ave in 1887.
